Here, the chefs always aim for diversity, and the menus are carefully composed with a focus on local products and fresh seasonal ingredients. Fish caught nearby, juicy meat from local farms, flavorful cheese, fresh vegetables, and succulent berries, often from Valldal – all sourced straight from the heart of the local area. These exquisite ingredients are carefully selected to ensure that each dish on the menu is exceptional and unforgettable.
